Limbs should be cut flush with the log trunk. Try to keep logs as clean as possible (free of embedded rocks, gravel, and mud), as grit quickly dulls bandsaw blades. Logs should also be free of metal, fence wire, or nails.
With our Log Drop-off Milling service, we handle all sawdust and slab disposal. You leave only with your clean, valuable dimensional lumber or slabs — no mess to clean up!
Low Priority ($60/hr) is our standard option: you drop your logs off at our yard and we mill them during scheduled run times, notifying you when they are ready. Priority ($90/hr) is for when you want your logs cut immediately on the spot while you wait.
